Abstract

COVID-19, apart from acute and emergency treatments, resulted in limited dental office hours and, in certain circumstances, the closure of dental clinics, affecting routine treatment and preventative care (Zachary, B.D. and Weintraub, J.A., 2020). Particles can be created during dental treatments, which can transmit viruses. Dentists can use the pandemic to move away from surgical treatments and toward non-aerosolout break, the study focuses on social media activities and how they improve public awareness about dental health. As a result of the findings, it can be stated that media campaigns can increase oral health awareness, and that young are not only attracted to oral health because of social media campaigns, but that social media campaigns did assist the youth become more conscious.
