Authors are responsible for obtaining informed consent from participants whenever required
by the nature of the research.
For studies involving identifiable individuals, personal information, photographs, interviews, audio recordings, or other materials that may reveal participant identity, authors must obtain written consent for publication before submission.
Where informed consent is not required under applicable ethical standards or legislation, authors should provide an appropriate explanation within the manuscript.
The journal may request copies of consent documentation during the editorial process.
Authors should retain these records but should not submit confidential consent forms unless specifically requested.
