Research Misconduct Policy

The International Journal of Social Science and Entrepreneurship (IJSSE) is committed to protecting the integrity of the scholarly record and does not tolerate any form of research or publication misconduct.

Research misconduct includes, but is not limited to:
● Fabrication of research data or results;
● Falsification or manipulation of research data, images, or findings;
● Plagiarism or misappropriation of intellectual property;
● Duplicate or redundant publication;
● Citation manipulation or inappropriate citation practices;
● Inappropriate authorship or undisclosed contributors;
● Manipulation of the peer review process;
● Submission of false or misleading information during the editorial process.

Allegations of research misconduct will be assessed fairly, confidentially, and objectively.

Where necessary, the Editorial Office may request supporting documentation or explanations from the authors and may consult reviewers, editors, or the authors' affiliated institutions.

Where misconduct is confirmed, the journal may take one or more appropriate actions,including rejection of the manuscript, publication of a correction or retraction, notification of the relevant institution, or other actions considered necessary to protect the integrity of the scholarly record.
