Online Submission

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the IJSSE Online Journal System (OJS). Submissions sent by email or any other method will not be considered unless specifically requested by the Editorial Office.
Authors should ensure that all required files and information are complete before beginning the submission process. 

Submission Requirements

The following files must be uploaded during submission: 
● Manuscript prepared using the official IJSSE Manuscript Template. 
● Cover Letter. 
● Tables, figures, and supplementary files (where applicable). 
● Any additional documents requested by the Editorial Office. 
Authors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted files are complete, accurate, and suitable for peer review.

Corresponding Author 

The corresponding author is responsible for submitting the manuscript and serving as the primary contact between the authors and the Editorial Office throughout the editorial and publication process. The corresponding author must ensure that: 

● all listed authors have made appropriate scholarly contributions; 
● all authors have reviewed and approved the submitted manuscript; 
● all required declarations and supporting information are provided during submission; 
● communications from the Editorial Office are shared with all co-authors. 

Initial Editorial Screening

Following submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment to determine whether it:

● falls within the journal's aims and scope; 
● complies with the Author Guidelines; 
● meets the journal's formatting requirements; 
● satisfies the journal's publication ethics requirements. 

Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision 
or declined before peer review.

Peer Review 
Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial screening will proceed to the journal's double-blind peer review process. The review procedure is conducted in accordance with the journal's Peer Review Policy.

Editorial Decision 
Based on the editorial assessment and reviewers' recommendations, one of the following decisions may be made:
● Accept 
● Accept with Minor Revisions 
● Major Revisions Required 
● Reject 
The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief. 

Revision of Manuscripts 

Where revisions are requested, authors should submit: 

● a revised manuscript with all changes incorporated; 
● a detailed response to reviewers' comments, explaining how each comment has been addressed. 

Failure to submit revisions within the specified timeframe may result in the manuscript being 
treated as a new submission or withdrawn from consideration.
